Service Global Business Controller
 
 
Job Description
  • The Service Business controller set with the Head of Tornos Services the financial objectives and goals of the service organizations
  • The service business controller reports directly to the head of service worldwide. The position requires extensive experience in financial matters
 Main Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and lead all the dashboard to drive the service business. ( KPI, Results YTD vs Budget, AFTE, parts, revision, used machines, service activities , stocks, warranty, etc…)
  • Determine, propose and validate the business rules within the service organization
  • Record and track deviation on all service transformations projects
  • Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
  • Coordinating and directing the Service KPI and informed about all deviances
  • Preparing and publishing monthly service statements
  • Measure the performance of the service center operations: SCM, Revision and used machines, Technical Support and service sales

Education and Experience
  • Education
    • University degree in business management is preferred.
  • Background
    • External Candidates: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, within the machine industry
