AR Accountant with Dutch OR Italian
Wrocław
Responsibilities:
- Initiating collection customer calls and outreaching on assigned account base in accordance with Invoice Collection and Account Suspension Timeline by exercising good business judgment and due diligence in evaluating account solvency and ability/willingness to pay
- Resolving customer billing disputes working with other Sales Operations personnel, Sales, Legal, and Tax departments
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries based on SLA metrics
- Escalating problem collection accounts to Credit & Collections and Sales management
- Working with credit analyst on financial distress accounts
- Providing Suspended account information to Write Off and Bad Debt team
- Participating on project/process improvement as needed
- Supporting the company reporting and management team in providing reporting and analysis of aging performance as needed
- Ensuring compliance with all company policies
Your profile:
- Basic knowledge of accounting area
- Good knowledge of English (mi n. B2 level)
- Additional languages Dutch OR Italian (mi n. B2 l evel)
- Proficient in Google sheets and CRM applications
- Attention to detail, apply judgement on the job and the ability to effectively multi -task in a deadline driven atmosphere
- University diploma (Economy, Finance, Accounting)
- Experience of BPO area (nice to have)
