Commissioning Manager
DUTIES
- Participation at Commissioning Kickoff Meeting
- Detail Planning of commissioning, controlling/monitoring and reporting
- Guidance/Management of Commissioning Team
- Resource and shift planning
- Communication hub between commissioning team, customer and subsupliers
- Coordination of all commissioning activities between commissioning team, customer and subsuppliers
- Participation at relevant coordination meetings
- Ensuring that HSE principals are obeyed in everyday work (legal as well as customers regulations)
- Supervision of Commissioning Time Schedule, proactive reporting of deviations to project manager
- Progress measurements – quantity surveying
- Deviation Management (non conformities)
- Checks and authorizes subcontract payment requests
- Evaluates subcontractors claims and back charges
- Conducts economic and efficient administration of subcontracts for commissioning
- Preparation of daily commissioning log
- Preparation of commissioning documentation
EXPECTATIONS
- Technical education (Electrics, automation)
- Minimum 5 years of experiance as Commissioning Manager
- on Power Plant construction Site
- Leadership Skills
- Eligability for travel on several EU countries
- Driving licence
- English Language on advanced level
- Good communication and negotiation skills
