Praca: ETL Lead

Currently we are looking for an ETL Lead for an interesting remote project.

When: ASAP
Salary: max. 1000 PLN net+vat / day
Where: remotely, but 2 times a month there will be meetings at clients office in Warsaw/Poznań

• Leads a group of developers for implementation of the project
• Determines the feasibility of the project with respect to requirements and timelines
• Continuously improves the development environment
• Acts as a mentor for developers
• Coordinates estimating work effort
• Coordinates decomposing user stories/functional requirements into technical tasks
• Accountable for deployment of software in development environments
• Ensures that the developed solution adheres to RGITSC Coding Standards*
• Accountable for providing Design Specification and Installation Verification documents
• As Scrum Team member, contributes to a continuous improvement of the Agile development process

• A cross-team collaboration
• Understands the architecture roadmap, business requirements and essential business aspect of the system – for this purpose collaborates closely with Business Analyst and Technical Lead/Solution Architect
• Reviews functional and non-functional requirements and provides feedback where appropriate
• Suggests alternative solutions where appropriate
• Works in consultation with Tech Lead/Solution Architects to determine the design, structure, interfaces, performance of the system
• Participates in the planning process (initial planning, sprint planning)
• Works in association with Project Manager in resolving issues
• Actively seeks feedback from project team members

• Technical skills
• Two years experience in software design
• Two years experience in leading a team of developers
• Three to five years experience as a developer
• Holds AWS Certified Big Data Specialty certification (Platform Team Lead) if not holder than commitment to get it shortly
