German - Speaking Sales Manager

Description
- Working with internal stakeholders and partners to define and drive sales strategy
- Maintaining/building contact network, also at C-level
- Development and expansion of customer and partnership networks
- Control of all processes of direct/indirect customer contact
- Preparation of the offers and negotiation including the conclusion of contracts
- Planning, coordination and participation in industry events (fairs, conferences, etc.)
- Development and implementation of the sales and development plan
- Identification of new business opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree. (A degree in Business Management, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science will be an advantage)
- At least three years of sales experience in SAP
- Pre-sales and consulting experience is an advantage
- Good knowledge of SAP-related IT service portfolio throughout the lifecycle
- Understanding of technical and economic relationships and a feel for trends and influences
- Strong personal networks in the market are an advantage
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and strong negotiating skills
- Independent and goal-oriented way of working
- Fluent German (at least B2 level)
- Travel readiness
