German - Speaking Sales Manager

Description
  • Working with internal stakeholders and partners to define and drive sales strategy
  • Maintaining/building contact network, also at C-level
  • Development and expansion of customer and partnership networks
  • Control of all processes of direct/indirect customer contact
  • Preparation of the offers and negotiation including the conclusion of contracts
  • Planning, coordination and participation in industry events (fairs, conferences, etc.)
  • Development and implementation of the sales and development plan
  • Identification of new business opportunities

 

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree. (A degree in Business Management, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science will be an advantage)
  • At least three years of sales experience in SAP
  • Pre-sales and consulting experience is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of SAP-related IT service portfolio throughout the lifecycle
  • Understanding of technical and economic relationships and a feel for trends and influences
  • Strong personal networks in the market are an advantage
  • Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and strong negotiating skills
  • Independent and goal-oriented way of working
  • Fluent German (at least B2 level)
  • Travel readiness
