HSE&HR Administration Specialist

Responsibilites
- administration for the whole employment period - personnel hiring, employment continuity and terminations
- ensuring day-to-day HR administration support to employees related to HR and HSE queries,
- creating and maintaining employees personal files,
- conducting HR and HSE training sessions for newcomers, managing of occupational HSE training
- cooperation with external HSE and payroll vendors
- preparation of personnel administration and HSE reports
- managing of periodic medicine examinations
Requirements
Must have:
- 2 years experience - independent position within HR/H&S department
- good knowledge of Polish Labor Law and H&S regulations
- university degree and HSSE studies diploma
- good knowledge of Polish Labor Law and H&S regulations
- strong English skills
- knowledge of Microsoft Office
- experience with HR applications (SAP, Xpertis, Teta, Optima etc.)
