• Providing high level of service throughout pre-event, event and post-event phases.
• Responsible for preparing all event documentation.
• Event coordination with sales and all departments involved.
• Managing events of high and medium complexity.
• Ensuring that events have seamless turnover from sales to operation.
• Interacting with guests and exceptional customer service.
