Real Estate KPI and Forecasting Analyst

Daily activities

Working as across Real Estate Process teams this role will develop processes to accurately maintain and forecast the key Real Estate KPIs such as building sq. meters and sharing ratios. This position requires an ability to deeply understand flow of data across the Real Estate information systems and identify changes which are required to capture the information needed to support the KPI forecasting process.

 

Main responsibilities:
  • Works closely with the Real Estate process team to define KPIs
  • Develop sustainable process to forecast the KPI evolution
  • Publish KPIs and forecast on an agreed regular schedule.
  • Perform analysis to provide an understanding of KPI evolution
Our expectations:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience (preferred MBA or Master’s of Data Science)
  • Experience improving E2E processes to improve KPI quality
  • Experience creating KPIs to measure organization performance
  • Ability to manage requirements effectively in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent presentation skills to convey complex messages simply and clearly
