B.P.O. Poland provides outsourcing services in the field of IT solutions, mass mailing, telephone customer service, business analysis, marketing, advertising as well as specialist financial services.
Your tasks:
- contacting individual clients by phone and actively selling them companys products
- determining the individual needs of a client
- cooperation with the internal system and the database
- caring for the positive business relations and developing the companys positive external image
We expect:
- fluent command of Bulgarian
- ability to communicate in Polish or English
- highly-developed communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- independence and ambition to reach set targets
- experience in a position related to customer service or the sales is always appreciated
