Senior Backend Python Development Lead

Responsibilities:

Oversee the technologies, tools and techniques used within the team
You will help with architecture, development, and DevOps working across the product and design team
Deliver highly complex projects that have been well-tested and are supportable / maintainable
Work with business, engineering, and client service teams as well as customers to improve the products stability, features, and usability
Seamlessly work between back-end and front-end environments, while having the ability to effectively communicate issues in both to other engineers
Work closely with peers in the business to fully understand the business process and requirements

Requirements:

5+ years of experience building products for the consumer
Experience with Python programming
Experience with PostgreSQL database
Strong background in Agile methodology
Managing Rest API development and documentation experience
NOSQL DB experience
Experience building ERP or Accounting systems preferred
Experience with AWS cloud deployment or equivalent is a plus
Very good English skills
