We are looking for: Senior Business Analyst/ Business Analyst

We offer: up to 740 zł net / day / B2B (senior), up to 600 zł net / day / B2B (mid)

• Understands IT concepts that allow smooth communication with the development team (stack: Java, JS, TS)
• Has experience in translating project vision into technical specifications (that allow the dev team to understand the concept) by interviews and technical documentation study
• Understands the concept of project vision decomposition including all stages of the transition (business concept and value, definition of acceptance criteria and dependencies, Epics, User Stories and tasks)
• Possesses high communication skills and an ability to talk on the customer level as well as technical level
• Creates and facilitates product design changes by conducting business and systems product analysis and design at a complex level; focused on quality improvement and data management;
• Provides product level documentation (business requirements, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals)
• Has the ability to prepare a plan for conducting a large scale technical and business analysis independently
• Understanding of technical language
• Experience in Scrum framework Project
• Knowledge in following areas will be beneficial: Google apps, gSuite, Google API, Service Now, Jira
