Your Tasks
- Monitoring incoming and outgoing tickets in our internal system
- Collaborating with our engineers (supporting)
- Data validation, analysis, and reporting
- Maintaining positive relations with our customers
- Monitoring the correct timelines (SLA) and ticket flow
- Managing outgoing and incoming phone calls (in English)
Our Requirements
- Very good English skills (in speaking & writing)
- MS Office knowledge (especially Excel and Outlook)
- Experience in customer service
- Proactivity with the flexibility to take over new tasks
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work on shifts (24/7 system)
