Your Tasks
  • Monitoring incoming and outgoing tickets in our internal system
  • Collaborating with our engineers (supporting)
  • Data validation, analysis, and reporting
  • Maintaining positive relations with our customers
  • Monitoring the correct timelines (SLA) and ticket flow
  • Managing outgoing and incoming phone calls (in English)

Our Requirements
  • Very good English skills (in speaking & writing)
  • MS Office knowledge (especially Excel and Outlook)
  • Experience in customer service
  • Proactivity with the flexibility to take over new tasks
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work on shifts (24/7 system)
